This oil is very very rich and a bit heavy. I used a bit to moisturize and seal with and the next day the oil was still a bit heavy. It is very good for hair so I will be adding a few drops to both my shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner. I want to get the benefits of the oil but there isn't a way to thin the oil so I won't be using it to M and S with.
