There is something extraordinary about the love that a
father has for his child. I mean not to say that they shouldn’t but something about
seeing a father hold his child lovingly melts my heart. Fathers truly do not receive
the credit that they deserve and I really do understand why in the black
community. Fathers, real fathers are a dying breed and our kids are left to grow
up without them to figure out the world on their own. I digress, I have a
wonderful father and I couldn’t imagine being who I am without him. He taught
my sister and I about real life, responsibility and made us do chores that we
hated but its ok I keep a clean house now probably because if it. The dynamic
between a father and his child is something that always amazes me, to see men
so macho transform into a nurturer is something that truly touches me.
